One of the original Colonies and the first to be abandoned.
Phanta City was an above- and below-ground city, where the elites lived above ground in penthouses surrounded by reproduced greenery whilst the “Lowers” lived underground. An eyesore that ought to be hidden away.
The city was known for producing the smallest nano-chips in the galaxy. Below ground was one of the largest copper mines, with the large majority of Lowers either working in the mines or in the factories that produced the chips. Each year, production grew faster and faster; the chips got smaller and smaller and within sixty years, the mineral supply was exhausted, and chip production came to a sudden halt.
